What sizes do you offer?

We offer physical prints in 3 sizes and a high-resolution digital download. Check the options on each product page to see what's available for that design.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Physical prints: If you're not completely happy, reach out within 30 days and I'll do my best to make it right. Because each piece is printed on demand, returns and exchanges aren't accepted, but damaged or incorrect orders are replaced for free.

Digital downloads: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the file is downloaded. If you experience technical issues accessing your file, contact me and I'll help resolve it.

What if my print arrives damaged?

If your physical print arrives damaged, contact me within 7 days with a photo of the issue. I’ll arrange a free replacement right away.

Does a frame comes with the digital print?

Not at the moment but we are working on it. Frames shown in mockups currently are for styling inspiration. Drop us an email or send me a message if you’d like to be notified when the frame options become available.

How should I care for my physical print?

If dust collects on the surface, gently wipe it away with a clean, dry cloth.

Where do you ship from?

Prints are produced by our trusted print partners located closest to your region to ensure faster, safer delivery. They can based in anywhere in the US, Europe or somewhere in Asia.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we deliver to most countries worldwide except North Korea, Belarus, Russia and Ukraine. Shipping times may vary based on your location.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Physical prints: Changes or cancellations for physical print orders can only be made within 2 hours of purchase, as production begins quickly. After that, the order can’t be modified.

Digital downloads: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the file is downloaded. If you experience technical issues accessing your file, contact me and I'll help resolve it.

How do I download my digital file?

After completing your purchase, you'll receive an instant download link via email and in your order confirmation. The file is a high-resolution JPEG (10800 × 16200 px with at least 300 DPI) ready for printing. You can download it as many times as you need from your email.

What can I do with the digital download?

Digital files are for personal use only. You can print them at home, at a local print shop, or through an online printing service for your own space. You cannot resell, redistribute, or use the file commercially.

What size should I print my digital download?

The file has a 2:3 aspect ratio and works perfectly with common frame sizes like 12"×18", 16"×24", 20"×30", or 24"×36". Most print services can help you crop it to fit other sizes if needed.
